The bearing hole, water sealing hole precision and coaxiality of automobile water pump body determine the service life of automobile water pump.  At present, the company adopts high-speed full-skill lathe to complete the clamping process of mounting surface, bearing hole and water seal hole.  Truck pump body bearing hole, water sealing hole processing using imported CNC vertical lathe to mount surface, bearing hole, water sealing hole clamping processing.  Turning instead of grinding, high processing efficiency, bearing hole, water sealing hole precision and coaxiality and high verticality to the mounting surface.  Truck type pump body installation hole using vertical machining center or fixed long drilling machine to large surface and bearing hole positioning processing is completed, to ensure the location of the installation hole degree.  The shape of exhaust manifold has higher flatness requirement, the company adopts hydraulic fixture, and the positioning floating support adopts special hydraulic floating support to ensure product quality.  Impeller shell products have large weight, various processing parts and high processing precision. All fixtures of the company adopt hydraulic fixtures and special forming tools, which are processed in the double-station horizontal machining center, equipped with single-arm hoist and raceway, to improve efficiency and realize automatic production.

A: For now , our main market is in Europe & North Americ , also have customer from middle east , Asia cooperating with us . so our product is suitable for the market whereever there’s great heavy duty truck business.

ㄧQ: Which exhibitions you usually go every year ?

A:We have been to many exhibitions , for example Frankfurt Germany , AAPEX ,AUTOMEC ,but usually when we visit our customer , if there’s exhibition at local , we will attend as well . you may contact Visun customer service to check exhibition schadule to meet us in person .
